But if you have not work properly on images relating to SEO, your effort is meaningless. Image are great source of traffic towards your website. Every man who is professional or home user search daily for lot of images for their profile, wallpapers or any other purpose. How to Optimize Images in Blogger or Wordpress
Tag is a short code that tells to search engines about image. When Search Engine Spiders visit your blog, they cannot recognize images if they are not tagged by "ALT" tag. How can we add image in HTML? See below:<img src='YOUR IMAGE LINK'>This code display an image in your website. But not tell search engines about image purpose. Add ALT tag to tell search engine the purpose of image. See below:
<img alt='Optimize Images in Blogger' src='YOUR IMAGE LINK' />In the example above, A tag is added to image. Let's see an easy way to tag image in Blogger.

Adding Tags in Blogger Images:
- Goto Blogger Dashboard > Posts > Edit Post
- Click on Image you want to add TAG
- A bar shown below with option small, medium, large,............, Properties etc
- Click on Properties you will see Two text fields ALT and TITLE
- Add your ALT and TITLE tag and Click OK
- Your job has done!

Points must be kept in mind:
- Your ALT tag should not be more than 4 or 5 words.
- Don't use symbols in tags.
- Don't tag images with meaningless words.
- Add intro image with every post containing one or two keywords.
